The Project

Hotel fünf10 in the Sauerland region wanted to offer its guests more than neutral corridors – a space with its own signature and recognition value. Our task was to give the public areas and connecting hallways a consistent visual identity that matches the modern character of the house.

We printed large-format motifs directly onto the existing fine and smooth plaster as well as onto glass surfaces. Direct printing merges with the wall instead of looking like applied wallpaper – the image stays perfectly flat and seamless, even in the grazing light of the corridor lighting. The design was completed within two days, allowing hotel operations to continue almost undisturbed.

Today the wall motifs accompany guests from reception all the way to their room, creating an ambience that stays in memory and clearly sets the hotel apart from interchangeable competitors.
