General information & how it works
Wall printing is direct UV printing on almost any wall surface. A vertical printing system applies the motif precisely, seamlessly and permanently to the wall – quickly, cleanly and with razor-sharp clarity.
Wall printing offers unlimited design freedom – directly on the wall, without foil or wallpaper. Whether concrete, plaster, wood, glass or tiles: our printing technology transforms almost any surface into a creative stage. Ideal for individual designs in living spaces, offices, practices or hotels – razor sharp, durable and unique.
Wall printers can print on a wide range of materials and substrates, including concrete, brick, wood, glass, metal, ceramic tiles, stone, plaster, plastics, paper and wallpaper. The most suitable substrate depends on the specific requirements of the project, but in general, smooth, flat surfaces are best suited for high print quality.
Quality, durability
We guarantee that our ink will remain colourfast for at least 12 years when used indoors. When used outdoors, the UV resistance is 2 years without protection, but can be extended to more than 5 years by applying a transparent UV coating.
The print is immediately dry and resistant to scratches.
Preparation & technology for customers
We can print from 300 to 1200 DPI. As a rule, most images are rasterised and printed at 600 x 720 DPI.
innenside accepts all image formats for wall prints, including JPG, PNG, TIFF and Photoshop files.
Costs & time required
As a guideline, the price for a wall print is around 229 euros per square metre. The price may vary depending on the motif, substrate, project size and other requirements. For a quote, we recommend submitting a brief project enquiry so that we can calculate the costs accurately and transparently.
The duration of a wall print depends on the size of the motif and the conditions on site. For example, a wall image with an area of 4 m² takes around 2 to 3 hours, including setup and preparation. Larger motifs or special requirements may take a little longer. We plan each job individually to ensure that everything runs smoothly on site.
Flexibility & design freedom
Yes, you can use your own images, graphics or logos as long as you have the appropriate rights of use. This ensures that no copyrights are infringed.
In principle, motifs such as texts, logos or patterns are permitted, provided that you own the rights to them.
Sustainability & product features
We use specially formulated, plastic-like, low-odour, flame-retardant UV ink manufactured in Europe.
The wall print can be removed from all surfaces or painted over.
